Neuberg, Joseph (1840-1926)

With Paul Mansion (1844-1919), founded the mathematics journal Mathesis in 1881. Neuberg introduced a number of terms in geometry, including mediator, $Eric Weisstein's World of Math$ bimedian, $Eric Weisstein's World of Math$ and altitude plane $Eric Weisstein's World of Math$ (Altshiller-Court 1979, p. 298).
